Terms:

1. Order payments are processed through PayPal.  PayPal accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or personal bank checks.

To Place an Order:

1. Order on line at www.harveyshobbyhut.com.  No phone or written orders will be accepted.

To Check Order Status:

    1.   Customer service hours are 10:00 am CT to 4:00 pm CT.

2. To ensure service, by phone or email, please have the following information.
• Customer name
• Complete shipping address
• Purchase order number.

Please note: You will be sent an email when your order is shipped with a link so that you can always check the status of your order on line.

Invoicing:

1. One invoice is created for each shipment on an order.
2. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
3. Any overpayment from overestimated shipping will be refunded back to your credit card or checking account.

Returns:

1. Before returning merchandise, contact me for a return authorization number.
2. To receive a full refund, merchandise being returned must receive a return authorization number within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
3. Returns must be in original unopened packaging.
4. Unauthorized returns will be returned or disposed of at the customer’s expense.
5. Items returned due to shipping error will be refunded for return shipping.
6. Items returned due to customer error will be at customer expense.
