Soft is the keynote here!  Soft to work with - Soft to look at - so if you're Soft On Macramé as we are, this book is for you.  The title for the book came naturally after we saw the number of new soft cords that have recently made their debut on the macramé scene.  One look at all the lovely synthetics that lend themselves so well to indoor macramé display, and we sent out the word to our designers, Bring macramé indoors.  We think our discoveries will delight you if your decorating needs call for a more gentle look.  But the look isn't the only thing gentle about this book.  Softer cords mean a softer touch for hands, especially if you've  been knotting with the harsher jutes and sisal.  The cords we used - polypropylene, nylon, rayon and cotton blends - are kinder to hands than some of the more traditional cords.  So tie away and you'll see what we mean by Soft On Macramé.
